Advised and supported the Treasurer/VP Finance of a global fintech company on various strategic projects including carve-out of treasury functions for divesting subsidiaries, global treasury and capital markets, operating model redesign and building a business case for the strategic expansion into adjacent markets. 

Assisted multiples business with the preparation of their business plans, including a valuation model and a business case for the acquisition of a client's competitor; a business plan for a real estate developer seeking funding; a business plan + investors pitch deck for a biotech start-up raising capital. 

Supported a global E-2 Treaty Investor entrepreneur seeking to invest in the U.S., in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) department.   

Advised the CEO of a national virtual reality agency on strategic and operational issues. Reviewed the current mix of business ideas and projects, evaluated the business portfolio in the context of resource requirements, organization design, and strategic priorities and built a companywide corporate strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives. Designed strategic goals and milestones, created a management reporting system with KPIs, and advised managements on several operational projects.

At the outset of Covid-19, supported the CEO of a national mid-size company to strategically move their business from an in-person client service model to a more scalable and overarching, on-line business model. Additional work also included review and redesign of the company's services pricing model to better align pricing with customer value proposition, operations support and revenue modelling.
